Hunger Action Month was a terrific success! Thank you for participating in Feeding America’s premier hunger relief advocacy initiative.
During September, our hunger advocates raised their voices, spread the word, and gave a little time—and the results speak for themselves. Your combined efforts resulted in 20,520 actions taken and 187,760 minutes accumulated in support of hunger relief!

Thanks to the generosity of Kraft Foods, six of our member food banks will each receive a truckload of product:
Small Distribution:
1. Food Bank of South Jersey – 50,325 minutes and 3,537 actions
2. Westmoreland County Food Bank, Delmont, PA – 37,755 minutes and 2,753 actions
Medium Distribution:
1. Second Harvest Food Bank of East Tennessee – 13,725 minutes and 1,178 actions
2. United Food Bank, Mesa AZ – 2,500 minutes and 417 actions
Large Distribution:
1. Pittsburgh – 8,685 minutes and 1,244 actions
2. Miami, FL – 4,240 minutes and 653 actions
